Employer Terms of Business

EMPLOYER AGREEMENT

These Terms of Business govern your use of the Amanah Talent Ltd platform as a care‑provider employer ("you", "the Employer"). By creating an employer account, purchasing credits, or unlocking a candidate profile, you agree to these terms.

1. The service we provide

Amanah Talent operates an introductions marketplace. We give approved employers access to professional profiles of healthcare candidates and, on unlock, their contact details and compliance documentation. We are an introductions service — we are not an employment agency acting on your behalf and we are not the employer of any candidate.

2. Account verification

New employer accounts are created with a status of pending approval. Before you can purchase credits or unlock candidates, we verify your organisation (which may include checking your CQC registration and/or company details). We may decline or revoke access at our discretion to protect candidate data.

3. Credits and unlocks

Access is purchased as credits: Pay‑As‑You‑Go (single unlock), Premium packs, or an Enterprise subscription that releases credits monthly.
One credit reveals one candidate's full profile, contact details, and compliance documents. Re‑viewing a profile you have already unlocked does not cost a further credit.
Credit balances are calculated from your purchase ledger and are visible in your account at any time.

4. No guarantee of hire — important

Unlocking a candidate is a paid introduction; it is not a guarantee of any outcome. We do not guarantee that a candidate will respond, attend an interview, pass your own checks, accept an offer, or remain in post. The decision to interview, assess, and hire — and the conduct and outcome of that process — is entirely yours.

Accordingly, a credit is consumed when a profile is unlocked (the introduction is delivered). The fact that you did not subsequently hire a candidate — for any reason, including your own interview, assessment, or selection process — does not entitle you to a refund of a consumed credit.

5. Refund policy

Unused credits may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, via a request to info@amanahtalent.co.uk.
Where a subscription or pack is refunded, any credits already consumed are charged at the standard Pay‑As‑You‑Go rate (£79 each) and deducted from the refund amount.
Consumed (used) unlocks are non‑refundable, as the introduction has already been delivered.

6. Your responsibilities

You must keep candidate contact details and compliance documents confidential and use them solely for your own bona‑fide recruitment, in line with UK GDPR.
You must carry out your own due diligence and right‑to‑work and safeguarding checks before engaging any candidate.
You must not share, resell, scrape, or redistribute candidate data accessed through the platform.

7. Compliance information

We present candidate compliance information (such as DBS and training status) as supplied or verified at the point of listing. We take reasonable care but you remain responsible for confirming a candidate's current eligibility and documentation before employment.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amanah Talent's total liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the preceding three months. We are not liable for hiring decisions, candidate performance, or losses arising from your own recruitment process.
