Amanah Talent provides:

We act as an employment agency and employment business as defined by the Employment Agencies Act 1973.


4. Client Terms

4.1 Registration and Account

Clients must provide accurate organisation details when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

4.2 Use of Candidate Profiles

Candidate profiles unlocked or provided to Clients are for the purpose of direct employment or engagement only. Clients must not:

Fees are as published on our pricing page. Pay-as-you-go unlocks (£79 + VAT) are non-refundable once the candidate profile has been accessed. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are subject to UK VAT at the prevailing rate.

4.4 Placement Notification

Clients must notify Amanah Talent immediately upon engaging a Candidate introduced by us, regardless of whether the engagement arises from the initial introduction or a subsequent approach. This obligation remains in place for 12 months from the date of introduction.

4.5 Warranty and Indemnity

The Client warrants that any vacancy submitted to Amanah Talent is a genuine, legal vacancy and that all information provided about the role is accurate. The Client will indemnify Amanah Talent against any claims arising from inaccurate vacancy information.


5. Candidate Terms

5.1 Accuracy of Information

Candidates must provide accurate and complete information, including qualifications, work history, compliance documents, and right to work status. Providing false information is grounds for immediate removal from our platform and may constitute a criminal offence.

5.2 Compliance Documents

Candidates consent to Amanah Talent verifying their compliance documentation, including but not limited to DBS certificates, professional registrations, qualifications, and references. Candidates must notify us immediately of any change in their compliance status.

5.3 Profile Sharing

By registering with Amanah Talent, Candidates consent to their anonymised or named profile being presented to suitable Client employers. Candidates may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

5.4 Communication

By registering, Candidates consent to receiving communications about suitable roles and service updates. You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.


6. Platform Access and Subscriptions

Access to the candidate database is subject to the selected plan:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms without refund.


7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Amanah Talent platform — including text, graphics, logos, and the candidate database structure — is owned by or licensed to Amanah Talent Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.


9. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential all information received from the other party that is designated as confidential or that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential. This obligation survives the termination of any engagement with Amanah Talent.


10. Termination

Either party may terminate a subscription with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, the Client must cease using any candidate data provided and delete or return any candidate information held.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users.
