How Amanah Talent Came to Be

Amanah Talent was founded with a clear frustration: the healthcare sector deserved better from its recruitment partners. Too often, providers were sent under-vetted candidates at the last minute. Too often, skilled healthcare professionals were placed in environments that did not suit their skills or values. Something had to change.

We set out to build a recruitment agency that placed compliance and quality above speed — and then proved you could have both.
